At PROSOCCER, we want to ensure you have the right gear to dominate the pitch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure soccer cleats are in their original branded box without shipping labels stuck directly to it.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
